The Dura-Gel® BASE 3G wheelchair cushion reduces surface pressure through the use of a support layer of non-aqueous Dura-Gel®. The cushion uses a high-density base foam for durability in combination with a convoluted topper for comfort and airflow.

• Features a comfortable convoluted foam topper with a high density base foam
• Features a specialized Dura-Gel® center layer surrounded by comfortable foam layers on the top and bottom of the cushion
• The cover has a four-way stretch top with a no-slip base fabric and has a strap at the back to secure the cushion firmly to the chair
• Accommodates a wide range of body shapes, sizes and weights
• 300 lb maximum weight capacity
• Lightweight
• 1 year limited warranty
• Designed to meet HCPCS Code E2601-E2602
  (E2601 for Sizes < 22"; E2602 for Sizes ≥ 22")
• Not made with natural rubber latex
